Espacio Disponible Limitado. Debido a la capacidad limitada de la Sede Central de Naciones Unidas, la preinscripci�n se encuentra limitada a tres representantes por organizaci�n. Espere la confirmaci�n. Las inscripciones se encuentran sujetas a revisi�n. No realice tr�mites de viaje sin su carta de confirmaci�n. La confirmaci�n ser� enviada por correo electr�nico una vez que la preinscripci�n sea aprobada. Viaje, Visa y Vi�ticos. Aquellos que participen como oyentes deber�n obtener sus propios fondos de viaje y vi�ticos. Une confirmation sera envoy�e par courrier �lectronique une fois la pr�inscription approuv�e. Voyage, visa et financement. Aucun financement ne sera fourni aux repr�sentants participant en tant qu'observateurs. Tout observateur devra se charger seul des d�marches pour l'obtention d'un visa am�ricain, si celui-ci est n�cessaire. A quoi s'attendre. Le bureau du Pr�sident de l'Assembl�e g�n�rale, en consultation avec le Groupe de travail de la soci�t� civile, finalise actuellement la liste des orateurs. Les observateurs confirm�s ne devront pas s'attendre � faire des interventions orales pendant les auditions. Vous avez d�j� fait une demande pour participer en tant qu'orateur � cet �v�nement. Dans ce cas - et dans l'attente de la d�cision concernant les orateurs s�lectionn�s - vous devez � nouveau vous inscrire pour l'�v�nement en donnant vos informations personnelles (nom, organisation, email, etc.). Registration Information

Limited space available. Due to limited capacity at UN Headquarters, pre-registration is limited to 3 representatives per organization. Wait for confirmation. Registrations are subject to review. Do not make arrangements for travel without a confirmation letter. Confirmation will be sent by email once pre-registration is approved. Travel, Visa and Subsistence. Those participating as observers will need to secure their own funding for travel and subsistence. Observers will need to make their own U.S. visa arrangements, if applicable. What to Expect. An extensive list of speakers is being finalized by the President of the General Assembly in consultation with a task force of civil society representatives.
