There is a problem with the invitation letter sent out detailing the registration process for the 55th session of the Commission on the Status of Women even on the CSO net webpage. We have been trying for several days now to get out a proper copy of the invitation letter from the system, but we did not succeed. Here, in Iraq, we need to apply for a US visa at least one month before the intended date of travel. We are thankful if this mix up could be corrected within the shortest possible time.

After we pre-registered two of us, it at a later date came up that we could not register on line except the listed status organizations. Meanwhile there is not available email address for us to follow up on our registration to find out whether that pre-regtration was still valid.

There is a problem with the invitation letter sent out detailing the registration process for the 55th session of the Commission on the Status of Women and even on this page. I have even sent out an e-mail to csw@un.org and the NGO branch but I have not heard anything yet. I should be glad if this mix up could be corrected within the shortest possible time. Here in Ghana we need to apply for a US visa 3 months before the intended date of travel.
