Dear Sir/Madam,

My organisation IFCW submitted both written and oral statements which were both accepted. I am not however aware of any documentation about how and when our participation is to happen although I have requested this information. It costs a lot to stay in Geneva all week and so I would be really pleased if someone could give me an idea of how I should plan my attendance - date, time and expectation of what length of oral presentation is expected.

Many thanks in anticipation

Dear Sir,

I seize this opportunity to address to you as the Program Administrator my salutation and also my expectation to participate this seminar, which will be held in GENEVA from 04 - 07 July, 2011
As one of the main mediator of the Togolese youth, we would like to attend this seminar. Obviously, this will enable us to better understand all the topics learn practical ways for implementing some related projects at local level. Upon this, we would like to have all the information; I mean the registration form and other condition if any, which will allow us to participate this seminar.

TJC is a non-profit organization accredited by the " Department of Public Information ┐ NGO " (DPI-ONG), and by a Division for Sustainable Development / DESA and registered in Togo under number 0335/MISD-SG of March 23 2003. We are an organization of young volunteers dedicated to the understanding of protection, a rational exploitation of the environment to the promotion of the Culture, peace, ITC, health and education.

In fact, TJC has more than 10 local representations in 30 different cities across the country. As the first environmental and social youth network we are consulted by the government and other international organizations on varied issues related to youth and development. We organized ICT clubs and a ┐village to village computer project.┐ We took part in the WSSD. We have one radio and TV weekly program through which we give voice to the youths.

Necessarily then, our attendance is more than important for our contribution to the discussions and the involvement of our network, but unfortunately, we don┐t have the means to pay for the travel expenses to your country. We would deeply appreciate some financial support for also the accommodation means.
All information which can help us to attend the seminar will be well come.
Hopping that our request will return your prompt attention, Accept, Sir, the assurances of our highest consideration.

Enviamos el statement in Englsh

Written statement submitted by Fundaciˇn Cultural Baur, A.C. NGO in special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). Department of Public Information (DPI) Association.

Version: Spanish / English.

Theme-subject of migration in educational plans and programmes.

Framework concept.-is the responsibility of the authorities of education, to assess, select, develop and disseminate (to varying degrees and levels) the lists of subjects, its content, objectives and the specification of the literature (texts and books) in support of educational plans and programmes.

Background-The migratory flow of persons as a phenomenon of all time, is unable to understand more, know each other better and more recognize its crucial significance and usefulness.

In the middle of March this year, the Fundaciˇn Cultural Baur, BC made the 2nd Youth Congress of the Americas with the central theme migration. Multiple senses: a reason. We approach and raising young students to the study and analysis of information, history and migration characteristics of each assigned country.

TÚcnico-acadÚmico highlights: the inadequate (even with the Internet) access to the historical information of migration that disseminate the vast majority of the countries of the American continent and the lack of texts and academic books diagnosis-some facts and figures for the 2nd Youth Congress of the Americas: 33 Schools and universities participated with more than 300 students and teachers (who were registered and paid your registration in the Bank). Assisted more than 100 people in volunteering.

30 Session in commissions for dialogue and debate, as well as the transnational Mexico Forum, and 6 sessions of panel of experts and six round tables were held.

Situation today.-the complex phenomenon of migration is essential and deep implications in the countries of origin, transit and destination, as well as the return of migrants.

The integration of the significant movement of people who want to preserve or seek better opportunities and conditions in their quality of life, will be at the Centre of local, State, national, regional and global debate and dialogue.

This issue is a matter of priority in their agendas and national, bilateral and multilateral perspectives to countries

Future situation.-the necessary reconciliation and reintegration from the causes and the effects of migration, the challenges and challenges of migration, as well as the positive and negative aspects inherent in human mobility, requires education plans and programmes.

Overall objective and particularly-promote the commitments of all parties involved to require greater involvement of Governments in the migration field and promote a partnership of our society in the process of integration

Proposal.-the inclusion of the subject of migration in educational plans and programmes.

Actions-The proposal to the institutions, bodies and national and international agencies.

Conclusion-To know, recognise and include the migration issue as a subject in the education and training of students allows a greater comprehension and understanding of the subject that is of all source-www.congresojuvenildelasamericas.com

Reflections, good practice-provide the space around the subject of migration.

MartÝn Olavarrieta.

I successfully submitted documentation for oral evidence but have not been successful in having our written statement published although it is under 500 words and the International Forum for Child Welfare has special consultative status, and so my understanding is that our documentation is in compliance. Please can you confirm that the IFCW statement has been accepted.
Many thanks
