You would first need to be on the CSW60 registration page on CSO-Net.
You would then select the participant who is unable to come to the session. At the bottom of their form you should see an “edit” button.
Select the “edit” button and you should now be able to replace all the information in the form with the information of the new representative who will be replacing them.
When you are done, press “save” and the replacement representative should now appear under your list of representatives.
Please note that those substituted out are no longer registered for CSW. The deadline is 15 February 2016.
Best regards,

We regret to inform you that we are no longer accepting pre-registrations

Please note that applying for consultative status does not mean that you have consultative status, the accreditation process takes several months to complete. If your organization has never been informed that it has ECOSOC status, then it most likely does not.

Thank you for your interest in attending the sixtieth session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW60).

We regret however to inform you that only NGOs in consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) are eligible to attend annual sessions of the Commission on the Status of Women. We welcome you to view the live webcasts of meetings provided via United Nations Webcast at http://webtv.un.org/

There are many parallel events held outside of the United Nations that do not require membership in an NGO in consultative status with ECOSOC. The NGO Committee on the Status of Women, which is a group of New York-based women’s NGOs in consultative status with ECOSOC, facilitates hundreds of parallel events that are held at the Church Center at the corner of 44th Street and First Avenue (across the street from the United Nations complex). Please visit its website at http://www.ngocsw.org should you be interested in finding out more.

If your organization wishes to apply for consultative status with ECOSOC, please refer to the website of the NGO Branch of Department of Economic and Social Affairs: http://csonet.org/?menu=83

Please be aware that the accreditation process is lengthy and takes at least several months to complete.

Thank you for your invitation for the CSW60 session. South Asia particularly countries like India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afganistan is vulnerable to women. All forms of violence, women trafficking, sexual violence, girls child abortion etc is in alarming now. Hope this should be specially focussed on this session and appropriate measurers would be adopted.
