The United Nations Statistics Division (UNSD) and National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) of China are jointly organizing a Seminar on Statistical Training from 13 to 15 September 2017 in Beijing, China. The main objective of the seminar titled ĹTowards Building Sustainable Statistical Capacity for the Implementation and Review of the Agenda 2030 and the SDGsĺ is to assess the training needs at the country level as well as assess training resources available in different global, regional and country level training institutions to match the rapidly evolving country demands in wake of the Agenda 2030 and the SDGs.
