CSD-18 will be held on 3-14 May 2010. It will be followed by the first Preparatory Committee meeting of the UN Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio+20) planned on 15 to 19 May. Both meetings will be held at UNHQs in New York. Registration will cover both meetings.

Keep checking the Major Groups web-page for additional information on participation in CSD-18 and the PrepCom I.

As the Review Session of the fourth implementation cycle, CSD-18will focus on the following thematic issues: Transport , Chemicals, Waste Management, Mining, 10 Year Framework of Programmes on Sustainable Consumption & Production Patterns.
