The Economic and Social Council will hold a briefing on the mandates, functions and activities of the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB), on Wednesday, 7 March 2012, at 3 p.m. in the Economic and Social Council Chamber (NLB). The briefing will be conducted by the President of INCB, Professor Hamid Ghodse, and will be chaired by the President of the Economic and Social Council, H.E. Mr. Milo� Koterec (Slovakia).
