At its 104th session in March 2012 at United Nations headquarters, New York, the Human Rights Committee will examine the efforts of the following five countries to implement the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights:

-Dominican Republic
-Yemen
-Turkmenistan
-Guatemala
-Mozambique (postponed)
-Cape Verde

The Committee will also adopt lists of issues on the following five countries:

-Philippines
-Bosnia and Herzegovina
-Paraguay
-Portugal
-Turkey
