-Hong Kong
-Belize (in absence of report)

The Committee will also adopt lists of issues on the following countries:

-Tajikistan
-Czech Republic
-USA
-Indonesia
-Bolivia
-Mauritania
-Mozambique
-Djibouti

In human treatment, degrading of community inhabitants, lack of transparent justice and crime excuse torture, It is important that the voices of affected people in the community should be discuss in this conference by the representatives of LUYCD making sure that their need be address for community safety and development.
