Organizational structure: |
The Association of Women Educationalists of Mali is formed by two (2) entities:
-- Project Association
-- Project Non-Governmental Organization (NGO)
These entities are working together for the success of the objectives include the following:
a) Project Association:
-- General Assembly which is the supreme body and describes the general thrust of the actions of the AFEM.
-- Committees of national and regional consultations following the implementation of programs.
b) Project NGO:
-- The Board of Directors: monitors and controls the implementation of the program.
-- Coordinating national who is the implementing body on the ground between two general meetings. This coordination is composed of cells that are:
-- General Administrator
-- Senior Management Accounting
-- Senior Programs
-- Senior Alpha and Alpha Post
-- Senior Monitoring - Evaluation
-- Senior Training
-- senior communication production.
It should be noted that the AFEM is presented in 4 regions and the District of Bamako through regional coordination, these are the regions of Kayes, Koulikoro, Sikasso, Segou and Bamako. |
