To serve each age-group of people with autism Alut is structured into 3 Divisions: Infant Division; Children & Youth Division; and Adult Division. Each Division has its own management which includes 8 parents of children with autism and 3 public figures, which are all chosen by the general Assembly of the organization's members. Alut's Board is comprised of 11 members which are elected representatives of each division's management. The Headquarters of Alut is headed by the General Manager (CEO) and divided into the same three divisions, each led by a professional director, and additional supporting departments: Finance, Resource Development, Advocacy, Human Resource, Logistics. The various frameworks of Alut are spread throughout the country and managed by direct managers under the supervision and control of the Headquarters. The frameworks include: 11 Rehabilitation Day Care Centers, 17 Homes for Life, 12 Occupational Centers, 6 Family Centers, a Diagnostic and Research center, After-School Social Clubs, Vacation Camps and Vacation resorts. |
