In addition, the organization did not provide consent and/or change wrong UN terminology in listing some Member States in Question 13 and the Annex document provided to Question 18 of the application form. The main UN terminology violations refer to: Bosnia and Herzegovina; Hong Kong, Special Administrative Region of China; Republic of Korea / Democratic People's Republic of Korea; the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia; and Taiwan, Province of China. Several reminders were sent and a final notification dated 20 October 2016 (due on 26 October 2016) but no response was ever received. The case is then closed. HD 23-SEP- 2016: The certificate is issued by 'Certificate officer' which is a government organization responsible for statutory functions relating to trade unions and employers’ associations.
