The supreme governing body of the Foundation is its Conference.The Conference of Foundation members is convened by decision of the Foundation Board once every five years. Fund activities in the intervening period are managed by the Board of the RPF.
The delegates of the Conference are elected by its structural units in quantity decided by the Board of the RPF.
The Board elects the President, vice-presidents and forms the Trustee Council of the Foundation as well as ad hoc committees, councils, commissions,centers and working groups for concrete projects of the Foundation.
The President organizes the work of the Board. He manages the Foundations property and financial means in a limits fixed by the Board and the Law of Russian Federation, forms the working stuff and directs its work.
Nowadays the RPF branches are active in 57 regions of the Russian Federation. It has representatives in the USA, Canada, Germany, branch in Bulgaria.
