Organizational structure: Executive Director, interns and consultants are brought on board for contractual obligations. In addition to our Board of Directors, we are now forming a Youth Advisory Board and an Executive Board.
Number and type of members: We do not have members to date, but are planning to launch a membership portal called the Ambassadors Resource Center (ARC) which will provide lesson plans, sharing and learning among small and middle sized NGOs, parents and teachers in the developing world free of charge in exchange for active partipation and to those in wealthy countries for a small monthly fee (based on ability to pay). In countries, we currently have partners on the ground, our hope is for some of these partners to evolve into ECI country offices when funds become available.
