Mission statement:	The Trusts mission sets the platform of 'who the Trust is': We demonstrate effective leadership and strategic direction to communities in need, while offering a high quality service to all stakeholders. Island Child Charitable Trust NZ (ICCT) is a charitable non-profit non governmental organisation, established in 2005 and provides support and assistance to people marginalised, homeless and in need of support in Greater Auckland, New Zealand. The organisation aims to reduce disparities and strengthen families with a focus on high risk populations (Maori, Pacific, high deprivation areas) by: Working in partnership with our communities, Providing quality services through education, support and advocacy, Reducing the impact of poverty within our community, Providing a supportive environment that promotes personal growth for children, youth and families, Empowering families to make informed decisions.

Organizational structure:	ICCT is a small grassroots community based NGO. The Trust has three Trustees as an effective Board of Governance. ICCT has 7 paid employees (6 fulltime and 1 part time) and 3 voluntary staff who together contributing 12,000 voluntary hours per week.
Number and type of members:	Our whanau (clients) in New Zealand number 1850 persons. At any time we have 23 homeless families residing at our residential facility.
