Organizational structure: Fundación Proacceso ECO works to catalyze the personal, social and economic development of members of low-income communities in Mexico through innovative education platforms that utilize information and communication technology. It's main project is the Red de Innovación y Aprendizaje, a group of centers in undeserved communities that that provide underserved communities in Mexico access to quality education, computers and the Internet.
