Mission statement:	The Democratic Republic of Congo one of the Greatest Countries of Central Africa(having lived the bloodiest civil war of World with all its consequences) is classified among the underdeveloped Countries of the World, in spite of its necessary potential resources. Life is forming and the socio-economic situation is precarious, purchasing power of the population is weak, about 90% of population live under poverty line ; It is difficult or quite impossible to get to basic infrastructures (such as Hospitals, Schools, Maternity, training centers, Roads, drinking water …). Sustainable Development remains a desired concept for many of Congolese of which the sense is still to be defined in DRC. It is why we thought to create this humanitarian, charitable and social organization called:”Action for Sustainable Development and Health Care, ASDHC-NGO in acronym, Not-for-Profit organization working for vulnerable communities (populations) and Development promotion in DRC. The mission of the ASDHC-NGO, Non-profit organization consists in: ¿ Promoting health care of quality ¿ Sustainable Development of Communities ¿ Gender equity and respect of human rights ¿ Change of Mentality and self affidavit of support of individuals in their communities. I.PURPOSES, OBJECTIVES,STRATEGIES AND AREA OF ACTION A.PURPOSE The NGO ”Action for Sustainable Development and Health Care” has the following purposes: ¿ To fight against poverty ¿ To improve population health care ¿ To train people in their community for building capacities and competence acquisition ¿ To help vulnerable populations B.OBJECTIVES The NGO sets itself the following objectives: 1. GLOBAL OBJECTIVE: To contribute in sustainable development and to reach millennium objectives. 2. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: • To initiate development projects in favor of communities • To fight against scourges raging Black Africa(HIV, Malaria and TB) • To create and rehabilitate health and socio-cultural structures • To motivate community development actors and activists of civil society; • To educate and to aware women and young people about sustainable development, health and human rights; • To fight against social disparities and to promote gender equity; • To encourage communities in self affidavit of support and social reinsertion of different fields. • Protection of Environment C.STRATEGIES For performing activities well, ASDHC-NGO uses the following strategies: - Acting - Treating - Assisting - Awaring - Denouncing abuses - Informing - Training - Vulgarize document related to sustainable development. D.AREA OF ACTION “ASDHC-NGO” operates in the Democratic Republic of Congo, particularly in Kinshasa city where the head office is located and in the provinces.
