Mission statement:	Mission Statement The C40 is a global network of large cities taking action to combat climate change by identifying, developing, and implementing policies and programs that generate measurable reductions in both greenhouse gas emissions and climate risks. Using a data-driven approach, the staff identify and promote exchange of proven programs and policies developed by cities; provide world-class research, technical expertise, and access to key partners to deliver new programs and policies with cities; and communicate cities’ individual achievements and collective leadership
