Organizational structure: Human Life International has a Board of Directors which maintains fiduciary and oversight responsibilities. The executive team made up of the president, vice president for missions, and vice president for operations are responsible for setting vision and direction for the organization. There are five Regional Coordinators,for Latin America, Asia, Europe, French-Speaking West Africa and English-Speaking East Africa. The individual department directors and managers are responsible for making the procedure decisions in order to achieve the organization's vision. The decision making progress is a bottom up approach where those closest to the work are given the authority to determine the process and procedures necessary for advancing the corporate mission.
