Mission statement:	MNCRD is an association dedicated to the promotion and protection of children’s rights by working with children, journalists, civil society organizations, government, elected representatives and the general public to coordinate media activities to empower children to live quality lives that will positively impact their future development.

Organizational structure:	The organization is led by a board of directors elected after two years by members at an annual general meeting. The board appoints the Executive Director, who facilitates the recruitment of suitable people to run the secretariat. The secretariat comprises the Projects Manager, the Finance Manager, the Media Monitoring Coordinator, the Administrative Officer, the Office Assistant and the Accounts Assistant.
