Mission statement:	CISAV’s mission is primarily done through excellence in investigation and postgraduate education. We are aware of the importance of the construction of an interdisciplinary knowledge, in which humanities, social and experimental sciences interact with the purpose of unveiling the essence of human life in the most accurate way. CISAV’s community is made by biologists, philosophers, physicians, sociologists, jurists, historians and academics of other areas, all of them engaged in long term research and teaching projects that involve people in dialogue and collaboration amongst specialties and specialists of all kind.
