Mission statement:	L'Istituto Internazionale per le Relazioni Diplomatiche. brevemente denominato I.I.R.D., Sito Web www.iird.org , nel piano di svilupoo quinquennale in corso, ha istituito, per l'incremento delle proprie attivita' culturali internazionali, la seguente Accademia, per la sua immediata attuazione: ACCADEMIA INTERNAZIONALE PER GLI ALTI STUDI DI MONGOLISTICA brevemente denominata AIASM Lo scopo della istituzione di una Accademia Internazionale per gli studi di Mongolistica è determinato dal fatto che la millenaria Cultura Nomadica dei Mongoli ha interessato tutti i settori, quello della musica, della scrittura ,della lingua, delle tradizioni Sciamaniche, della medicina, delle tecniche di sopravvivenza in condizioni estreme, dell' addomesticamento di molte specie endemiche quali il cammello del Gobi, il cavallo, l'aquila, il cane, lo yak, la capra e antri ancora. L'utilizzo di vegetali per la produzione di medicine. Persino nel settore bellico sono stati gli inventori della guerra lampo e delle armi di dissuasione come le frecce fischianti. Lo stesso rapporto di grande rispetto con madre natura è particolarmente attuale in questi secoli di distruzione dell'ambiente naturale. Ma la necessità di istituire un centro di studi e ricerca internazionale è anche dovuto al fatto che tutta o parte della cultura dei Mongoli è disseminata, stante il grande impero costituito e le migrazioni dovute a problemi climatici, in gran parte del continente euroasiatico includendo finnici, ungheresi, bulgari, caucasici, turchi e tutti gli abitanti originari del continente americano che dalla Patagonia al Canada provenivano in epoche diverse dalla Mongolia dando vita alle grandi civiltà INCA, MAYA, AZTECHI e tutte le tribù indiane e indios che per fortuna si sono salvate dalle invasioni eurepee e ora stanno ricercando le proprie radici in Asia Centrale per risorgere verso un futuro glorioso come lo è stato il passato. E' nostro dovere promuovere la ricerca , lo studio, la pubblicazione di testi scientifici sulla mongolistica e premiare i meritevoli con il titolo di Accademico Onorario.
