Access Now is a non-profit public benefit corporation recognized in the United States as a charitable and educational 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. The organization is led by a Board of Directors. The organization is then managed by an Executive Director who oversees a team of staffers across three programmatic arms, with each arm being led by a Director. Additionally, the Director of Operations works in support of the Executive Director and with the Directors of each arm to implement programs. |

Access Now works closely with partner organizations on a number of projects and maintains an email list of over 385,000 supporters who support digital rights issues, follow the activities of the organization, and provide limited financial support via online micro donations. |
