Organizational structure: |
In order to secure the resources ICERM needs to exist and carry out its mission and work effectively, we have established a vital organizational structure. The proposed hierarchical representation of the structure of ICERM includes the management levels, administration, staff, and partners, and their interconnections and inter-responsibilities. Included in ICERM’s structure are: Peace Council, Board of Directors, World Elders Forum, Membership, Secretariat, Staff and Partnership. ICERM’s Secretariat is further divided into ten departments: Research Department, Education and Training Department, Expert Consultation Department, Dialogue and Mediation Department, Rapid Response Projects Department, Department On Internal Healing, Fundraising and Grant Department, Public Relations and Legal Affairs Department, Human Resources Department, and Finance Department. |
Number and type of members: |
Membership in this organization shall be open to all those who care about, have an interest in, or wish to make contributions to help the Organization foster a culture of peace among ethnic and religious groups in countries around the world. The Board of Directors is delegated the power and authority to determine the different categories and classes of membership as well as their corresponding minimum requirements. The initial membership will be categorized as follows: 1. Executive Membership; 2. Corporate Membership; and 3. Individual Membership. |
