Mission statement:	Dream Touch For All recruits the most qualified students and graduates from top universities. By teaching disadvantaged students, these Dream Touch For All volunteers are not only transforming the lives of others, but are themselves being transformed into dynamic leaders in our society. Dream Touch For All seeks to build mutual collaboration among the government, business sector and civil society. With policy support from the government and financial support from business, Dream Touch For All is able to provide critical educational resources to the underprivileged to bridge the achievement gap. Within this environment, students have the opportunity to grow as leaders who give back by teaching younger generations, thereby completing the cycle of social sharing.
