Organizational structure: |
The structure of AIMPO: 1. The supreme organ of organization is General Assembly which composed of 298 members; It convened once a year at ordinary session. It is headed by a president, a vice president, a Secretary, a Treasury and is elected by general Assembly. 2. The conflict resolution Committee: is composed of President and secretary it has duty to resolve the conflicts arising in the national non-governmental organization or among its organs. 3. Internal Audit committee: The General Assembly annually elects one or two internal auditors .their attributions are just to audit at any time funds and other assets of the organization while also making the required reports. They have all rights to check all financial documents but without shifting them to any other place. The current members of staff is eight including the director and Accountant meaning that the remaining 6 members of staff are heading of programs/department. |
