Mission statement:	Sri Mathrudevi Vishwashanthi Ashram Trust (SMVA Trust) is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3), humanitarian organization which creates a better world through programmes that reduce poverty, provide food, housing, clothing, medical treatment, education, humanitarian assistance, clean water and environmental stewardship. It is committed to values, insights, and programmes that contribute to achieving a world free of want, fear and violence, and is working towards uplifting the world’s underprivileged community. The mission of the SMVA Trust is to promote policies and implement service projects that advance poverty eradication, social justice, sustainable development and global unity.
