Purpose of the organization: To serve as a center for information sharing, empowering of children, youths and women in participation in developmental programs and against HIV/AIDS.

Description of the membership of the organization, indicating the total number of members: Founder members A founder member of the ministry is THAT member who is a signatory to the Memorandum and Articles of this ministry. Members of the Ministry, permanent members to the Board of Directors, and legible to be appointed to the Board of Trustees. In case of the demise of the founder members, he/she shall be replaced by his/ her next of kin as may be determined by will of deceased, Full membership Anyone church/ individual that desires full membership of the ministry should be recommended by the local Association/Church respectively and then referred to the secretariat for the issue of certificate of membership which certificate is to be approved by the next annual general meeting by simple majority vote, Associate membership Where there is a zonal committee near the applicant, the zonal leadership will recommend the applicant for associate membership, approved by the area Bishopric then referred to Secretariat certificate approval by the next annual general meeting. Where there is no zonal committee, the applicant may apply to the secretariat for Associate membership. Churches/individuals who do not meet the requirements for full membership may be granted associated membership but without voting rights at the annual general meeting and An affiliate Affiliate membership shall include: Individuals, bodies, ministries, corporate and incorporate who embrace and abide by Articles and Statement of Faith respectively of mission of the Godly Ministries. The Board of Directors shall determine such individuals/ bodies/ ministries for membership by simple majority vote. Affiliate member shall have no voting right but may attend and contribute in discussions of the general assembly.
