L’A.D.H.C comprend quatre catégories des membres, qui sont des personnes physiques ou morales à savoir: La secrétaire générale : la personne ayant initié la création de l’ONG l’ A.D.H.C Madame KAPINGA KANYINDA Tatiana faisant parti des membres effectifs. 2. Membres effectifs sont : ceux qui prennent part aux réunions de l’Assemblée général avec voix délibérative dont les membres ayant remplis les conditions définis dans les présents statuts tout en contribuant à la formation du capital social initial et sa signature. 3. Membres Sympathisants : sont ceux qui peuvent assister ou sympathiser aux assemblées générales mais n’ont pas le droit de vote et ne sont pas éligibles aux différentes fonctions de l’A.D.H.C. Les membres sympathisants peuvent avoir accès aux services de l association selon les modalités définis par le règlement d’ordre intérieur. 4. Membres d’honneurs ; toute personne physique ou morale qui soutien matériellement et financement l’ A.D.H.C. |

L’organe de l’association est constitué de : 1. L ASSEMBLEE GENERALE 2. LE COMITE DIRECTEUR 3. LA FONDATION GENERALE. Article 10 : DE FONCTIONNEMENT L’assemblée générale est l’organe de l’association, elle se réuni une fois l’an sur convocation du secrétariat général. Elle est composée de tous les membres effectifs de l’association. Article 11 : DU COMITE DIRECTEUR C’est la structure de prise de décision dirigé par la secrétaire générale, elle est constituée de 7 membres dont : 1. - LA SECRETAIRE GENERALE 2. - LE COORDONATEUR 3. - L’ADMINISTRATEUR 4. – CHARGE DE FINANCE 5.- CHARGE DE COMMUNICATION ET RELATION PUBLIQUE 6. - CHARGE SOCIAL 7. – CHARGE DES PROJETS Article 12 : LA FONDATION GENERALE C‘est l’organe d’exécution et de mise en œuvre des activités de l’association. Elle est coordonnée par la secrétaire générale, l’initiatrice de l’association. C’est elle qui donne la ligne à suivre dans l’ONG ; elle est accompagnée du coordonnateur qui met a jour et en exécution les décisions prisent pour les programmes de l’association. Article 13 : LE COORDONNATEUR C’est le chef des programmes, il met en exécution toutes les décisions provenant du conseil, c’est la personne ressource de l’association qui développe la liaison de différentes structures et assure aussi son respects. Article 14 : L’ADMINISTRATEUR C’est la personne qui tient à jour l’administration de l association en respectant les directives du secrétariat général. Article 15 : CHARGE DE FINANCE C’est la personne qui s’occupe des opération financières de l’association.( recouvrement, tenir la comptabilité mensuelle et annuelle de l’association). Article 16 : CHARGE DE COMMUNICATION ET RELATION PUBLIQUE Assure une bonne communication et la visibilité interne et externe de l’association envers des tiers. Sensibiliser la population sur les objectifs de l’ONG. Article 17 : CHARGE SOCIAL S’occupe des affaires sociales et défend les intérêts sociaux interne de l’association. Article 18 : CHARGE DES PROJETS S’occupe de la conception, de l’élaboration du projet détaillé avec la secrétaire générale et le coordonateur ; du suivi au près des partenaires interne comme externe en vue de sa réalisation. |
