Organizational structure: Access Israel incorporates individuals with disabilities in its organization. The organization's offices and training centers are all accessible to all kind of disabilities. Access Israel offers varied accessible services to all employees, such as an advanced audio system. Access Israel also works on making all websites in Israel accessible with the cooperation of Israel Internet Association. Moreover, the organization regularly works with a sign language translator and makes sure all brochures, presentations and other materials are suited for individuals with all kind of disabilities. All employment opportunities are offered to all individuals (including people with disabilities) and they are published in our website which is the most viewed website by the disabled population and their families. In each event Access Israel conducts, we encourage the participation of people with disabilities and local organizations that serve the disabled and make sure all events are accessible. Access Israel also conducts house visits to encourage and motivate people with disabilities to take part in outdoor activities and integrate into society. In other cases, Access Israel publicizes its activities through the media and invite all people with disabilities to join. The Board of Directors of Access Israel also includes people with disabilities and encourages the Board of Directors to operate accessible businesses.
