Organizational structure: It was agreed unanimously to appoint the BOARD - GOVERNING COUNCIL by hand and one by one the charges, after extensive debate and a vote is approved the appointment of the BOARD - GOVERNING COUNCIL who were elected in General Assembly , so authorizing the President to raise deed the social constitution and sign the minutes and deed, and to complete the formalities that may be required for legal formalization, for that the BOARD - GOVERNING COUNCIL is set as follows: • PRESIDENT: ALBERTO GOMEZ FUERTES Allien ID 001091357 • VICE: MOISES ANGEL CORTEZ BECERRA ID 41102917 • SECRETARY: DARWIN ALBERTO LLAGUENTO MORI ID 42170989 • TREASURER: GIUSEPPE GIANCARLO MEDINA CORDOVA ID 72650693 The Board was sworn going to discuss the third point of the Agenda. THIRD ITEM OF THE AGENDA: Approval of the bylaws. After an extensive debate on the bylaws, it was underwent show of hands, being approved the bylaws of the Association for all its members. They were adopted unanimously the bylaws of the International Agency for Cooperation and Development and the abbreviated name (AICODE).
Number and type of members: 6 MEMBERS AND 15 COLLABORATORS Within the association there will be the following classes of partners: Founding Partners: those who subscribe to Numerary Members, which will be those determined by the Board of Directors. Honorary Members: those who by their prestige or for having contributed in a relevant way to the dignification and development of the Association become entitled to such a distinction. The appointment of honorary members shall be the responsibility of the Board of Directors. While in the countries that may be deemed otherwise, the Association shall appoint a representative-ambassador of the Association with an honorary rank. The Association will create medals, awards and emblems that display the honorable place that corresponds to its members both nationally and internationally.
