Mission statement:	The International Agency for Cooperation and Development AICODE, is constituted from the legal base of a democratic structure and from an pluralism and freedom spirit, ensuring the autonomy of their partners. The association is constituted non profit for: Counseling, training, donations, voluntary services, equivalent funds and technical cooperation between developing countries, being its main end supporting national and international development projects and cooperation related to social issues, environment, education, health, agriculture, rural and urban basic sanitation, science and technologic, knowledge development, general justice, indifferent abuses, peace and security, social and human rights, tourism, culture, hospitality; in this way, it will have as main ends, those listed below. a) Support national and international social development and cooperation projects. b) Boost care and respect to environment with national and international projects, with environment development projects. c) Support educational projects, science and technology, knowledge development and improvement of sectors involved in all areas. Creating an international academic council shaped by 7 renowned members in charge of the academy council, the general assembly will appoint a principal. d) Execution, elaboration and development for general justice and indifferent abuses projects, projects to promote peace and security, the sensitization with the human rights, promoting social, national and international peace. Creating figure of international representative ambassador for peace of AICODE, the figure of human rights observer of AICODE, and any other figure to promote the development by the International Agency for Social Development from the proposed objectives in cooperation with international organisms (ONU, UNESCO… and any other renowned prestige organism). e) Promote improvement policies for security, both management, and in elaboration of reports, studying the creation of an international research observatory for criminology and security sciences. f) Promote social projects related to culture in general, Education, Tourism, Hotel and Gastronomy. g) Form national and international agreements for the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of environmental, social, education, health, rural and urban sanitation, agriculture, security, science and technology and in any area of knowledge development. h) And any other purpose that is of general interest in the areas described above.

Organizational structure:	It was agreed unanimously to appoint the BOARD - GOVERNING COUNCIL by hand and one by one the charges, after extensive debate and a vote is approved the appointment of the BOARD - GOVERNING COUNCIL who were elected in General Assembly , so authorizing the President to raise deed the social constitution and sign the minutes and deed, and to complete the formalities that may be required for legal formalization, for that the BOARD - GOVERNING COUNCIL is set as follows: • PRESIDENT: ALBERTO GOMEZ FUERTES Allien ID 001091357 • VICE: MOISES ANGEL CORTEZ BECERRA ID 41102917 • SECRETARY: DARWIN ALBERTO LLAGUENTO MORI ID 42170989 • TREASURER: GIUSEPPE GIANCARLO MEDINA CORDOVA ID 72650693 The Board was sworn going to discuss the third point of the Agenda. THIRD ITEM OF THE AGENDA: Approval of the bylaws. After an extensive debate on the bylaws, it was underwent show of hands, being approved the bylaws of the Association for all its members. They were adopted unanimously the bylaws of the International Agency for Cooperation and Development and the abbreviated name (AICODE).
Number and type of members:	6 MEMBERS AND 15 COLLABORATORS Within the association there will be the following classes of partners: Founding Partners: those who subscribe to Numerary Members, which will be those determined by the Board of Directors. Honorary Members: those who by their prestige or for having contributed in a relevant way to the dignification and development of the Association become entitled to such a distinction. The appointment of honorary members shall be the responsibility of the Board of Directors. While in the countries that may be deemed otherwise, the Association shall appoint a representative-ambassador of the Association with an honorary rank. The Association will create medals, awards and emblems that display the honorable place that corresponds to its members both nationally and internationally.
