Mission statement:	Enabling Cambodia SMEs to humanize the business environment, productiveness and global competitiveness. Mission: The mission of FASMEC is to accelerate the growth of SME in Cambodia to integrate to the regional and global market via SME policy and lobby, trade promotion and SME development. To archive the vision and missions, The FASMEC has developed the short-term and long-term goals as following activities: SME Policy and lobby: - Keep coordinating the Manufacturing Small and Medium Enterprise (M-SME) working group of Government Private Sector Forum (G-PSF) - Keep participating as active members of Asean SME advisory Board - Establishing SME counter which provide advisory support and service liaison to its members and other SMEs in Cambodia. - Support Foreigner investment to discuss with government. SME promotion: - In and out country business Matching and buyer and seller forums - Organize and participate the Trade Fair, Forum, exhibition and other trade event - Organize the campaign and other promotional means to increase the supporting from Cambodian for its local products. - Find international market and encourages SMEs in Cambodia to export their product. SME development: - Establishing the short course and vocational training skills to help the SMEs to increase its productivity. - Referring the members to attend the in and out country training, workshop, seminars and other capacity building programs. - Working with development partners to find the financial means and technical for supporting the SMEs. - Bring new technology from developed countries to upgrade SMEs in Cambodia. - Support oversea SMEs which are willing to relocate their factory to Cambodia. - SMEs special economic zone.

Organizational structure:	Our organization have been organize election every five years to choose president, three vice presidents and elevens board of directors. Below that we have secretarial who will handle all daily work. We function them as follow. Executive Director follow by one deputy executive director and separated into three departments 1. Department of Admin and Finance, 2. Department of SMEs Development and 3. Department of Policy, Research and Development
Number and type of members:	Currently we have 300 members most of them are small and medium enterprises. Their business in agriculture sector, food processing, manufacturing, trading. Beside that we also have another 15 association as the members also.
