Mission statement:	We conceive, develop and implement non formal literacy and training programs aimed at the less favored youths and adults in our country to boost an actual improvement of their life quality, in a framework of while permanent training. We promote adults education respecting the different cultures and social structure. We offer to the beneficiaries the chance of knowing new knowledge, tools and experiences as well as developing capabilities, skills and values enabling a better performance as required in order to take part in the world of labor and to be leaders of theirs communities.
