Mission statement:	LP4Y´s objective is to create integration ecosystems, around entrepreneurial training, that will be catalysts for the sustainable social and professional integration of Youth living in extreme poverty and victims of exclusion. In the world today, there are 1.2 billion Youth aged between 15 and 24, and 600 million, suffer from malnutrition, illness and violence. Although the Youth is the future of this world, it finds itself quickly locked in the circle of poverty. To respond to this emergency, LP4Y, since its creation in 2009, has been committed to developing a unique and replicable pedagogy based on experiential learning and an entrepreneurial and positive mindset and aiming to support excluded Youth towards social and professional integration. The model consists of installing entrepreneurial development centers or Life Projects Centers (LPCs) near slums or areas of extreme poverty. In these Life Project Centers, the Youth commit to follow, for 18 months on average, the Professional Training for Entrepreneurs (PTE), which incorporates practical business management experience (the Youth run small business), catch up on education (English, IT, communication, general knowledge) and personal development. The PTE is designed to combine learning and practical experience. The Youth catch up on basic education, learn life skills and skills to employment and receive hand’s on experience in business. This all together with company visits, testimonies from employees and short and long internships in companies ensure that the Youth learn what is needed in professional world and know how to adapt in all the time changing professional environment. The original and informal education provided by LP4Y has large impact on the whole ecosystem LP4Y creates around each LPC. The enrolled Youth learn skills that job market looks for and gain positive professional experience. The community sees the Youth as an example, participate in events organized by LPC and benefits from Youth´s economic empowerment. Partner companies are willing to employ graduates from PTE as they know this Youth has obtain valuable skills such as team work, good communication, professional behaviour, capability to adapt to new environment, perseverance and determination to face new challenges. Finally, NGOs working on Youth inclusion gather on LP4Y´s initiated platform, Youth 4 Change Network to share best practices. To sum it up, LP4Y has 3 principal missions: 1. To advocate on behalf of Young adults who are victimes of exclusion; 2. To accompany excluded Youth towards social and professional integration through entreprenurship; 3. And finally, to accompany all entrepreneurial initiatives in favor of vulnerable Youth

Purpose of the organization:	1. To advocate on behalf of Young adults who are victimes of exclusion; 2. To accompany excluded Youth towards social and professional integration through entreprenurship; 3. And finally, to accompany all entrepreneurial initiatives in favor of vulnerable Youth.
Activities relevant to the conference of States Parties to the convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities:	In 2010, LP4Y launched a Life Project Center in Cagayan de Oro where differently abled Young adults are accompanied towards social and professional integration. The project shows that LP4Y unique learing method has been succesfully replicated when working with differently abled (in this center, deaf Youth). Based on this experience, we will open a Excellence Center for Youth Entrepreneurship in Mekong Delta later in 2018 where mostly differently abled Youth will be accompanied.
Confirmation of the activities of the organization at the regional, national or international level:	Since 2009, LP4Y has launched 19 Life Project Centers in 4 different Asian countries (Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, India) and will soon open new Centers in Nepal and Myanmar. Besides, LP4Y organized several advocacy events in favor of Youth inclusion (e.g. Youth 4 Change Network Forum in Brussels on 22nd May 2018 or in Paris on 25th May 2018, Run for LP4Y within marathons in Paris and Brussels, etc.)
