Mission statement:	CLAESS est un bureau d’études de droit OHADA dont le siège est basé à Kinshasa, en République Démocratique du Congo. Cabinet d’expertise multidisciplinaire et multisectoriel, CLAESS est spécialisé dans l’accompagnement des projets dans différents domaines. Il a été créé et est animé par des experts de niveau international. Tous ayant la maitrise de la situation de la RDC et, de la Région africaine. Ils disposent d’une longue expertise internationale avec des organisations du Système des Nations-Unies, des ONG internationales et des multinationales. CLAESS gère un répertoire très riche d’experts nationaux et internationaux de divers domaines.
