Organizational structure: The company is headed by our Managing Director. We have an Assistant Managing Director. Under him are the Operations Director, Group Admin / Events Director and the Director, Professional Development. Under the operations director are the Public Courses Coordinators, Enquiries Coordinators, and Inhouse Coordinators. Also, under him are Finance In charge (both Accounts Receivables & Payables) and the Registrations In Charge. Under the Group Admin/ Events Coordinator are the Skills Development Supervisor and the Office Manager. Then under them are the Flights & Reservations Coordinator and Hotel/ On Site Coordinator. Under our Director, Professional Development are our Programme Instructors/Consultants, Business Development Manager and Qualifications In Charge. Under them are the Marketing Staff and Website Administrator.
