DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MANAGEMENT • See to it that all activities are delivered according to the plan and that they are in compliance with the organisation’s constitution. • Ensure that there is an adherence to the scheduled meetings. • Monitor all daily activities of the organisation. • Make a follow up on all the programs and projects of the organisation. • Keep the minutes and records of the organisation safe. • Manage the finances and assets/equipment’s of the organisation. • Ensure that books and financial records are annually audited by an independent institution and ensure that those audited statements are presented to the Annual General Meeting of the organisation as the constitution requires. • Continue sourcing funds from potential funders in order to successfully implement all programs and projects of the organisation. • Advocacy and support when dealing with government agencies. • Assessment of your social needs and seeing through appropriate referrals for support. • Family Harm advocacy and support • Parenting support and strategies • Grief and stress strategies • Family relationships • Court support (Civil, criminal, drug and alcohol and family court issues). • Assisting those who are new to the area or with minimal support networks. • Connecting you with housing, AOD, disability, health, mental health, and employment services where appropriate • This is a free service based in Henderson, West Auckland. STAFF COMPLIMENT • Management team will be permanent Voluntarily employees of the organisation. • Two general Voluntaries workers appointed to assist management with its duties. • Temporary Voluntaries employees will be appointed as and when the need arise and the number thereof, will be informed by the size of the project. • Volunteers will also be used and paid “Gift Voucher” required stuff we will also hire as per need of Projects.

Publications: Rising Community Star Since 2019, Rising Community Star Project has offered professional mentorship for students interested in theater-related careers. This year, for the first time since its inception, the 2022 – 25 Rising Community Star Project will include a focus on theatrical design. In the coming year, a passionate team of local teens will be assembled to envision, create, and perform a festival of short-form musicals—also written by local teens. And—for the first time— using original sets, costumes, and other design elements created as part of the process. Art and Culture COVID-19 Recovery Program. We are writing this Project with great interest to seek your kind assistance and support for the certain aspects of Art and Culture which are affected by the global pandemic of COVID-19. Our aim is to stabilize and uplift the wide range of cultural practices, participation and creative expressions of the peoples keeping in view the diversity of Aotearoa New Zealand which is the true essence of this blessed land. To achieve this goal, we would like to request the Ministry for Culture and Heritage to please consider us for the Art & Culture COVID-19 Recovery program. We would like to confirm that we are working hard with Culture, Art, Musical, Dance, and Festivals programs to recover from COVID-19. This project created by Rising Community Star art and culture leaders & the resources on this project are designed to support art-base revival from the disaster of COVID-19. We intend to enable cross-sector collaboration between the public health, arts and culture, and development of our Whanau sectors to drive high-impact responses to COVID-19 across diverse communities. As we believe that art and culture sector play a key role in contributing to the social, cultural, and economic health of New Zealand. Our many artists, arts programs, and festivals are particularly vulnerable to the impact of COVID-19. As we know due to the unprecedented loss of revenue caused by the cancellation of performances, exhibitions, productions and community events, the closure of venues and the prohibition of public gatherings. Auckland begins to reopen and recover from the pandemic our purpose of the project is recovery of arts, culture, music, dance, and creative sector to provide a platform to Auckland based artists to continue, stabilize, adapt, or rebuild our creative practice in response to the challenges resulting from COVID-19.  Our Strategic planning and creative development research are in line,  Our Marketing artistic work and creative services are in pipelines.  To Upgrading technology to support artistic work technology team working hard and excited for level 2 to achieve goals (Radio and TV).  We are regularly update our website for upcoming development or redevelopment.  We are creating and adapting spaces for artistic practice and arts administration.  Rising Community Star continue working with artist to rebuilding and upgrading skills and knowledge in artistic practice, arts administration, and technology. Involvement in Public Administration: “Rising Community Star Project Writing Team Member” ELIGIBILITY This program is available to all Auckland Region students ages 14, 19. Eligible participants are within this age range for most of the project timeline. and community service requirements through participation.
