Mission statement:	1. To establish, run and maintain school, college, engineering institute, private university, medical college and such educational institution both general and technical for the purpose of useful knowledge among the people or target group and to run certificate and dip, in human rights program. Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. To manage if the educational institution runs by another foundation is handed over to our foundation. 2. To contribute and work for the implementation of the UN SDGs. To give honors and awards to young social workers for their contribution in social work. To arranging ICT training for the youth. Helping for online income at the end of training. To create awareness among students to stop cyber bullying and digital crime. Provide legal assistance if someone is being harassed. 3. To establishment of religious prayer mosque. Establishment, run and management of madrasha and orphanages. To improve the quality of Islamic education, providing free books. 4. To build houses for the homeless. As well as helping them for self-employment. To settle disputes through conciliation, mediation and arbitration. To observe national and local election. To set up human rights monitoring committee. 5. To establishment and management of orphanages, old age homes. Establishment, management and provision of quality education to indigenous, minority, hill, poor students for higher education. 6. To provide safe drinking water. Install tube wells and peas for arsenic free safe water supply. Contribute to the improvement of water and sanitation management. To distribute free educational materials to disadvantaged and street children. Give them new clothes for free every year. Provide opportunities for them to continue their studies. To work on entrepreneurship development, network building and democracy by conducting summits, projects and campaigns on these areas to maintain peace and safe movement towards the globe by gathering awareness, empowering the youth voice and finally making them sustain. 10. To promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels. To organize the blind, lame, deaf and dumb and refugee / stateless People in Society and to take Attempts to establish them. To established libraries, reading room, fine art science room, study center for developing the habit of study for the benefit of the society. Receiving of such donations, grants, aid, assistance and benefaction. To take initiative to make the indigenous, minority and hill people self-reliant. 11. To set up Hospital, Clinic and Center for drug addicted people. Arranging rehabilitation with health care and training for the disabled. Organizational structure:	01. Name of the Foundation: The name of the Foundation shall be Shaikh Rakibul Islam Welfare Foundation. 02. Registered Office: The Registered Office of the Foundation is situated at 705/1, Kanaikhali,Natore Sadar,Natore, The Foundation may open or establish branches anywhere in Bangladesh for carrying out the purpose of the Foundation. 03. Area of Operation: The Operation Area of the Foundation shall be throughout Bangladesh and outside world. 04. Nature of the Foundation: The Foundation is a non-profitable, non-governmental and non-political, charitable and research based Foundation. 05. Aims and Objectives of the Foundation: The Aims and Objectives of the Foundation shall be; (All the objectives will be implemented after obtaining necessary permission from the Govt./Concerned /Competent authority and the objectives contrary to the provisions of section 20 of the Act shall be treated as ineffective):
