Purpose of the organization:
180 Degrees Consulting’s purpose is to drive social impact and contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals. Concretely, 180 Degrees Consulting does so by engaging the youth to support NGOs and socially conscious businesses and organisations to reach their maximum potential, as these organisations themselves individually drive social impact in their given field. In 2021, 700+ organisations were supported by 7000+ volunteers. 180 Degrees Consulting as an organization consists of the Global Leadership Team which is made of 80+ international students and young professionals from various backgrounds and nationalities. The Global Leadership Team oversees 170 university based consulting branches which are individual entities carrying out the consulting services to their clients. 180 Degrees Consulting’s aim is to firstly further increase the number of organisations which can be supported, secondly to grow its volunteer base to be able to support more organisations and thirdly to build further partnerships with other institutions which are also contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals to maximise its own social impact.
