Organizational structure: The AOGIA is leg by a board of directors consisting of bishops and clergy of the Anglican Church in North America. The Organization is led by a small staff of the President and the Executive Director. The AOGIA is supported by a team of consultant specialists who assist the organization on an as needed basis. 
Number and type of members: The organization serves 1000 churches in North America and growing. Additionally, the AOGIA represents the needs and concerns of 80 millions Anglicans who are. Part of the Global Anglican Futures Conference and the Global South Fellowship of Anglicans.
