Organizational structure: The highest decision-making body of HATOF Foundation is the Board of Directors made up of 5 members. The Chief Executive Officer represents the board within the organization who provides oversight for the work of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer. The Deputy CEO exerts a coordinating authority over all departments including Finance/Administration, Communication/Global Thematic Programmes, Partnerships, Projects & Programmes and Research & Development. These units and departments have officers, assistants, interns and volunteers who support execution of organizational activities. 1. Within the Finance/Administration Department, the Head is supported by the Administrative and Research Assistant. 2. In the Communication/Global Thematic Programmes Department, the Head is supported by the Social Media/Publication Assistant, Climate Change & Energy Officer, Officer in charge of Biodiversity, Food and Agriculture and the Climate Finance Officer. 3. Within the Partnerships, Projects & Programmes, the Head is assisted by the Projects and Programmes Assistant, Stakeholder Engagement & Innovation Specialist including EXTERNAL Consultants and Volunteers. 4. In the Research & Development Department, the Head of Department is supported by the Research and Development Assistant including other remote and onsite volunteers and interns.
