Organizational structure: At the pinnacle of the organization's hierarchy lies the board of trustees, responsible for setting the strategic vision of the organization. Directly below the board is the management team, with the national director at its helm. Alongside the deputy national director, the management team consists of various program managers. The operational level follows, consisting of desk officers and project officers who report to the deputy national director, as well as the accounts team who report to the national director. As a governance structure, the organization's hierarchy also serves as its decision-making framework. The board of trustees convenes every quarter to address and approve the decisions made by the management team. Further, every five years, the board takes the lead in formulating a strategic plan to guide the organization's mission and activities for the subsequent five years.
