Organizational structure:	The supreme body of the Confederation is the Congress, which convenes at least once every five years by the Secretariat of the Confederation of their own initiative or at the request of more than half the members of the Confederation. The basis of representation in the Congress, time and venue of the Congress, the agenda, sets the Secretariat of the Confederation. Delegates are representatives of the Confederation members, elected by themselves, according to their constitutions and regulations at the Congress established the Secretariat. The Chairman of the Confederation is elected by the Congress of the Confederation for five years and is the highest official person of the Confederation. The executive body of the Confederation is the Executive Committee. The structure and procedures of the Executive Committee shall be determined and approved by the Secretariat of the Confederation. Manning table of the Executive Committee is approved by the decision of the Chairman of the Secretariat of the Confederation. Supervisory authority of the Confederation is Control and Audit Commission (the CAC). Composition of the CAC is elected by the Congress of the Confederation in the open vote of three persons for a period of five years.
Number and type of members:	117 members from all over Ukraine. Members of the Confederation can be NGOs of disabled people that support the goals and objectives of the Confederation and accept this Constitution, namely: • non-governmental organizations of disabled persons acting with national status; • non-governmental organizations of disabled persons acting with local status and are not part of the All-Ukrainian public organizations of disabled persons who are members of the Confederation.
