    Organizational structure: In the United States, PPFA works with over 60 affiliates operating approximately 700 health centers in the United States to provide comprehensive reproductive health services. PPFA’s international division, Planned Parenthood Global, works in ten focus countries in Africa and Latin America to support over 50 local nongovernmental partners to expand service delivery and advocacy for sexual and reproductive health and rights.
