    Organizational structure: Foundation Board/Management Board with three (3) chairmen, Foundation Council and an appointed secretariat office Foundation Council Meeting for all members yearly attended by all members Regular quarterly meetings of the Foundation Board/ Board of Management and of the Chairmen of the Foundation Council and project officers. Various meetings of the various working groups on UN subjects as well as information exchange on a weekly basis by phone and emails.
