Organizational structure: The Board of Directors of Fundacion Global Democracia y Desarrollo makes decisions in meetings chaired by the foundation's Executive Director, Mr. Marco Herrera. Additional members are added under circumstances such as additional funding and the changing needs of Fundacion Global Democracia y Desarrollo.
