    Organizational structure: Our Organization has a very effective and efficient board of trustees whose responsibility is to provide strategic leadership, direction and oversees the affairs of the Organization. Members of YEO board of trustees are highly experienced and qualified professionals with over 10 to 45 years’ experience in development work and public engagement. YEO Board of trustees meets regularly as the need arises though the board statutorily meets four times (4) in a year or at least once in a year apart from the board committee meetings and oversight function that take place at the different times of the year and as jointly agreed by the board members. Our Management Committee Structure comprises of the President and Executive Director and the heads of the various departments in the Organization namely Operations & Human Resources, Finance & Grants, Internal Control, Audit & Risk management, Programmes & Communication and Legal & Compliance that oversee the day to day operations of the Organization. The Management Committee members coordinate weekly strategic meetings with other team members in their various departments which is jointly reviewed on weekly basis by the Management Committee while the Management Committee meetings statutorily hold once every month.
    Number and type of members: Youth Enhancement Organization has very qualified, committed and success driven staff strength of over 25 team members, over 140 professional volunteers, support groups, partners and consultants whose work, experience, passion, commitment and contributions have given us an enviable edge over other NGOs and partners. Our team members have the capacity and have been trained in various programmatic, financial, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment and reporting standard. We produce monthly, quarterly and annual programmatic and financial reports which are sent to our donors and partners.
