    Organizational structure: The General Assembly gathers members. It elects members of the Council of Administration according to our Statutes. The Council of Administration elects a President. There are specialized committees for finances, strategy, scientific programmation, publications, and an editorial committee. The headquarters in Brussels are managed by a Director General and staffed by nine FTEs. The Institute federates three regional groups for Europe (EGPA), Asia (AGPA) and Latin America (LAGPA), and an association (IASIA) of schools of administration
