The organization is a Membership based organizations. Organizations apply and are granted membership. An assembly of Members is held biennially Our Assembly of Members is the highest decision making body . The assembly of members elects a Board of Directors which is made of eligible voting members. The Board of Directors gives direction to the full time Secretariat. The Board of Directors is made up of six persons who serve a two year. |
