    Organizational structure: Organizational Structure EXECUTIVE The Executive of this organization shall be made up of Members who shall be elected from time to time by the general membership. This body shall be the supreme head of the organization. The Africa Youths for Peace and Development has the following as executives: 1. THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR He/She shall be Executive head of the organization responsible for all the strategic planning of the organization¿s programs, policies and make strategic decision. He/She is the final arbiter for the organization. Unless otherwise he assign subordinate. 2. PROGRAM COORDINATOR Shall be responsible for coordination, initiation and implementation of the organization¿s programs and policies set by the Executive Director in the national and international activities. 3. SECRETARY GENERAL Shall be in charge of general Administration of the organizations activities, documents and all other secretaries. Shall be responsible for administrative matters, minutes, incoming and out going of mails etc 4. PROJECT OFFICER Shall be responsible for the effective implementation of projects, write projects proposals, monitoring beneficiaries etc. Shall assist program coordinator. 5. PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER Shall be responsible for the promotion and dissemination of information through radio programs, TV and newspaper in relation to the organizations activities and programs, publications, researches and development etc. 6. FINACIAL SERETARY Shall be responsible for the finance of the organization and all financial documents belonging to the organization and must be ready and prepared to submit the statement of account as and when necessary. 7. ORGANIZING SECRETARY Shall be responsible for organization the organization activities. Which include conference, workshop meeting and all other thing relating to effective organization of member and the groups as a whole. 8. AUDITOR Shall be responsible for auditing all members, finances and all other auditing and shall work with the organizing sectary and the coordinator. FINANCE Since the Africa Youths for Peace and Development Organization is a multi faced development Organization it shall derive it finance from the following sources to fund it programs. 1. Registration Fee 2. Registration Form 3. Monthly/ Weekly Subscription 4. Emergency Subscription 5. Funds from International N.G.O.¿S 6. Fund from Outsiders 7. Finance from Affiliate Organizations 8.Other source as the executive may approve it. i. All finances of the Organization shall be deposited into a National or International recognized Bank ii. Three Executive Namely the Executive Director, Financial Sectary and Sectary General shall be signatories to all banking transactions of the organization. iii. All finances except the imp rest shall be deposited into the organization¿s Bank Account by the financial secretary and executive director within 48hr.
